Returns & Refunds
We take great care in the handling, packaging, and shipment of all research-grade materials. To
maintain product integrity and safety, the following policies apply to all purchases.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has
shipped, it cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the packaging and product
Email: marketing@betterstateliving.com
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you selected shipping insurance, your package is eligible for replacement if it is lost or damaged
in transit.
Please note:
Insurance does not cover stolen packages after delivery
Uninsured shipments are not eligible for replacement or refund
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed
or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
